How long will my order take to arrive?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 8–12 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Where tracking is available, the email will include your tracking information.

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. You may inspect and try on an item in the same way you would in a shop. Excessive handling may result in a reduction of the refund where permitted by law. Where UK consumer law applies, refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
